Morocco Surf & Yoga Packing List
Yoga & Wellness Essentials
- Yoga leggings, shorts, and tops.
- Light sweater or shawl for sunrise or sunset sessions.
- Reusable water bottle to stay hydrated – in fact, we have fresh filtered water in the house.
- Swimwear for the beach, pool, or hammam.
Surf & Beach Gear
- Wetsuit if you have your own – however, we also provide surf equipment for our guests during lessons.
- Beach towel – remember, it is not allowed to use the towels from the house.
- Flip-flops for the beach.
- Sunscreen or zinc for extra sun protection in the water.

Clothing for Morocco
- Light, airy outfits for warm days.
- Layers for cooler evenings.
- Scarf or shawl for sun and cultural visits.

- High SPF sunscreen and lip balm.
- Aloe vera or after-sun lotion.

Travel Essentials
- Passport (still valid for at least 6 months) + photocopies.
- Cash in Moroccan dirham for small shops and tips – luckily, we have plenty of ATMs around.
- Power bank and camera to capture your surf and yoga moments.
Do’s in Morocco
- Greet with “Salam Alaikum” – it’s a sign of respect.
- Bargain gently in souks and markets – after all, it’s part of the fun.
- Ask before photographing people, especially in medinas.
- Enjoy local food – for example, taste fresh tagines and mint tea.

Don’ts in Morocco
- Don’t drink tap water – stick to bottled water or our filtered water (that’s why your refillable bottle is essential).
- Don’t wear revealing clothes in towns and villages.
- Don’t show public affection beyond hand-holding.
- Don’t take photos of police or military.
