Surrounded by the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean and the peaceful rhythm of life in Tamraght, our daily yoga sessions are designed to bring balance to body and mind. Whether you’re joining us after a surf session or simply seeking a moment of stillness, yoga helps you reconnect with yourself and the present moment.
We offer daily sunrise yoga before breakfast or sunset yoga before dinner. Our schedule includes Vinyasa, Jivamakukti, Prana Flow Yin and Restorative Yoga, allowing you to find the practice that best supports your body and energy.
Sandra, Conny & Our Yoga Teachers
Yoga has been part of Blue Mind from the very beginning.
While Sandra no longer teaches most classes herself, she continues to shape and guide the yoga program, ensuring that every class reflects the values and atmosphere that Blue Mind was built upon.
Most classes are led by Conny, our main yoga teacher and a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher. Together with a carefully selected team of teachers, she creates a welcoming space where guests of all levels can move, breathe, and reconnect.
At Blue Mind, yoga is not about performance or perfection. It’s about feeling at home in your body, calming the mind, and simply being present.
