Whether you’ve spent the day surfing, practicing yoga or exploring the coastline of Tamraght, you’ll always return to a freshly prepared meal made with care.
Our talented kitchen team cooks from the heart, serving healthy and delicious dishes inspired by the rich traditions of Moroccan cuisine. Under the guidance of our head chef Fatima, you’ll discover authentic local flavours: from fragrant tajines and traditional couscous to homemade pastilla, seasonal vegetables, and freshly caught fish from the Atlantic Ocean.
Many of the fruits, vegetables and herbs used in our kitchen come directly from our own organic garden. While we cannot grow everything ourselves, we are passionate about cultivating as much as possible on our small farm and bringing the freshest ingredients from garden to table. It’s our way of staying connected to the land and sharing the authentic flavours of Morocco with our guests.
And no Moroccan dining experience would be complete without something sweet. Soukaina prepares irresistible homemade desserts, while Abdellatif and Ahmed round off the evening with a perfectly brewed glass of traditional Moroccan mint tea.
